Addendum to the Terms of Use and the Partner Terms
Zohoor Studio Terms
Zohoor Studio lets you design a bouquet, vase, box, basket, centrepiece or decoration in 3D on the website, with optional help from the AI, and ask partner florists to quote for making and delivering it. This addendum applies in addition to the Terms of Use (for customers) and the Partner Terms (for florists). Studio may be switched off or shown as "coming soon" at times; this addendum applies whenever it is available.
1Your design
1.1A design is built from the Studio catalogue: flowers, greens, extras and containers in the sizes and colours the catalogue offers. The 3D view and the picture made from it are an illustration of the idea, not a photograph of the finished product; a florist works from the component list, the picture and your notes. Real flowers vary in size, shade and shape.
1.2Your design in progress is kept in your browser until you save or send it. Designs you save and requests you send are stored in your account. You own your designs; you grant Zohoor and the florists you ask the licence described in the Terms of Use to store and show them for the purpose of quoting, making and delivering the arrangement.
2AI suggestions
2.1When you describe what you want in words, Studio can suggest a design. Where an AI provider is set up, your words and the design on screen are sent to that provider (see the Privacy Notice) and the answer is turned into a design using only items in the catalogue; otherwise Zohoor's own built-in ideas are used. The number of AI suggestions per customer per day is limited.
2.2AI suggestions are suggestions only. They are not advice about price, availability, suitability for an occasion or the meaning of flowers, and they do not commit any florist. You decide what to send, and the florist decides what to quote.
3Design requests
3.1To get quotes you send a request with your design, the delivery emirate, the delivery day, what you would like to spend and any notes. The request goes to live partner florists that deliver to that emirate (those you have blocked are not asked). To keep requests meaningful there is a limit on how many open requests you may have, how many you may send per day and how many florists a request reaches.
3.2Sending a request costs nothing and does not oblige you to order. You can cancel an open request at any time. A request expires when its delivery day passes without a quote being accepted, unless a florist's quote offers a later day.
4Quotes
4.1A florist's quote states the price of the arrangement, the delivery fee, the delivery day and time and how many days the quote holds. Prices are in AED and include VAT where the florist is VAT-registered. A florist may change or withdraw a quote while it is only "sent"; you always accept exactly the quote you see, and if the florist changed it meanwhile the acceptance fails and you can look again.
4.2Accepting a quote creates a normal order for that florist, with the design as its only item, waiting for payment; the other quotes on the request are declined. From then on the Terms of Use, the Delivery Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply as to any order. The quoted delivery day and time become the order's delivery slot.
4.3If you do not pay, or you cancel the unpaid order, or the florist declines it, the design goes back to its quotes and you may accept another quote that still holds. A design whose delivery time has passed can no longer be paid for; its order is cancelled, and any payment that went through at that moment is refunded.
5For florists
5.1Quote only what you can make and deliver as described, at the time you state. An accepted and paid quote is a binding order at exactly the quoted amount and time, subject to the Partner Terms. Customers' designs, pictures and notes are their content and may be used only to quote and to make that arrangement.
