Delivery Policy
Every order on Zohoor is delivered by the partner shop that made it, or by a courier the shop engages. The shop sets which emirates it covers, its fees and the slots it can meet; the Platform only shows you options the shop has said it can deliver. This policy is part of the Terms of Use.
1Where we deliver
1.1Partner shops deliver across the seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain), Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Each shop chooses the emirates and areas it serves; choose your emirate at the top of the site to see shops that deliver there. Some shops do not deliver to remote areas, islands, free-zone or military sites with restricted access.
1.2Give a full address: building or villa, street, area and emirate, with directions if the place is hard to find. You can also drop a map pin. Deliveries to hotels, hospitals and offices are left with reception or security where the recipient cannot be reached, in line with the building's rules.
2Dates and slots
2.1Deliveries are made in two-hour slots: 10:00–12:00, 12:00–14:00, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00 and 20:00–22:00 (UAE time). A shop may offer only some of these. A slot can be booked up to two hours before it starts, so that the shop has time to prepare.
2.2Same-day delivery is available from shops that offer it, until the shop's cut-off time for the day. Next-day delivery and scheduled delivery up to 60 days ahead are available from shops that offer them. Items marked "Ready now" from an open shop that delivers today can arrive within the shop's preparation time.
2.3On peak days (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, National Day and the days around them) shops may close same-day ordering earlier, limit slots or take longer to deliver within the slot. Please order a day or more ahead for these dates.
3Delivery fees
The standard fees, which apply unless the shop sets its own, are:
- aDubai: AED 25
- bSharjah: AED 30
- cAjman: AED 35
- dAbu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain: AED 40
- eRas Al Khaimah and Fujairah: AED 45
3.2A shop may instead deliver free, charge one flat fee, set a fee per emirate or area, or offer free delivery above a basket value. The fee for your address is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay, and is charged once per shop in your order. Fees include VAT where the shop is VAT-registered.
4Surprise deliveries and recipients
4.1Tick "Keep it a surprise" at checkout and the shop will call you, not the recipient, if it has a question. The recipient is only contacted at the door or if the delivery cannot otherwise be completed. If the recipient has a Zohoor account with the phone number you gave, they can see that a delivery from a shop is on its way, without the price or, for surprises, the card message.
4.2You must have the recipient's agreement to receive deliveries where that is reasonably expected (for example someone who has asked you not to contact them). The shop may refuse to leave an order with a person who declines it.
6Delays and events outside anyone's control
6.1If a delivery is going to be late the shop should tell you. Severe weather, road closures, official restrictions or similar events can make a slot impossible; in that case the shop delivers at the next possible time, and you may cancel for a full refund if the new time no longer suits you.
6.2A delivery that arrives substantially after the slot without your agreement, where the delay was within the shop's control, may entitle you to a partial refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
